It would not help you as far as investors. It is a directory of real estate exchangors (licensed agents) that are highly trained.
Investors were not listed, though most of the agents are also investors. Most were located on the west coast and I doubt there were too many in your area.
The best resource available today would be the NCE (National Council of Exchangors) website. Most of them are highly trained. If they have an EMS designation (Equity Marketing Specialist) they have some good training in creative real estate and understand 1031 exchanges.
“Who’s who” was nice because it listed some of the education and qualifying courses people had as well as their specialities. The NCE listing doesn’t do that.
If they have a “Gold Card”, they have even more training and education. They are some of the top real estate professionals available in the world.
