Hello all,
Has anyone out there ‘flip’ a REO to their buyer,who was using VA financing to settle and live in the property? If so, did the VA require you to ‘be on title’ or own it first, Or did the title ‘pass’ from your seller to your buyer (simultaneous)…Please Advise.
