Yeah, I winterize every year when the daytime temps in Phoenix are consistently below 60 degrees (never). But, I don’t think it’s a subject that needs a whole book. Maybe this link will help.

I am attempting to start a winterizing ancillary business as described in Joe Kaiser’s foreclosure course. However, I can’t locate any books that deal exclusively with winterizing. Searched amazon and barnes and noble and all I came up with was one out of print book. Does anyone know of an in print book on this subject? If not, which of the many home repair texts would anyone recommend that would cover exactly what equipment and materials I would need to do a basic winterizing job as well as general instructions on doing it? Thanks in advance.
