Hi everyone!!
The art of attracting buyers is not as difficult I find as the art of attracting motivated sellers. If anyone has suggestions on how to produce a steady flow of motivated sellers that will knock down my door to help solve their problems,thus making it easie for me to make more deals on desired properties, please give me some advice.
