Mind sharing the details of some of your deals???

P.S. YOUR daughter in childbirth classes? Good grief, you look barely old enough to have kiddos yourself!

and it ain’t over yet!

hey gang! long time no post…
whew… man - life has been CRAZY since the convention!

I must say that i have accomplished more in the last several weeks than i ever have. here’s just some of the things keeping me busy:

i did my first true flip. easiest 15K i ever made.

did my first short sale.

bought 3 houses and 2 condos

had one or more closings a week, every week this month.

took a weekend OFF.

have taken a childbirth class with my daughter.

got a piano.

lost one deal.

learned to leave my phone and pager at home evenings and weekends.

made several new friends.

am about to MOVE our first house (relocation project)

bought a HP19BII.

started the paper game, and am starting to understand it.

edged my lawn, planted roses, and wisteria.

plan to pay off both jeeps friday after closing(s) (2).

learned that contractors use a different calendar than i do.

learned not to sell a house to your cousin.

edged my grampa’s lawn.

found a potential “office”

got a housekeeper (not every day or anything…but hey)

built a castle with my youngest daughter–major project!

revisited my goals.

but i thought about you guys all the time!! thanks for all the emails wondering where i’ve been. i’m still here, and still learning everyday! hope to see many of you in St Louis! (if my kid’s not in labor!) miss you guys!

peace in REI

Steph,
I figured this post was coming sooner or later and I wanted to chime in publicly that you’re rocking! But I already knew that, of course. How’s Cashflow looking for Saturday? I think Kel’s decided to do the Leander house, so hopefully she’ll have a success story to share soon. Let me know when the new digs are available for viewing and Kel’s got her eyes on one north for us that includes a billboard, but I guess one of us would actually have to go full-time for that, huh? Now that the “grandma” thing is out of the bag, I can have some fun. Are you going to be a great-grandma before you hit 50? Talk to ya soon…
