When it comes to landlording, Jeffrey Taylor is the BEST.
He’s known as “Mr. Landlord” and the package we offer by
him is a GIGANTIC value for the price.

Can anyone comment on either of these gentlemen’s landlording courses? I have “Diamonds in the Rough” from Wright Thurston. It’s a good course but it was written in 1992. I’m looking for a landlording course that’s a little more current. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I’m not familiar with Thurston’s material but I can tell you the Jeffrey’s material is innovative, smart & utilizes technology to alliviate many of your headaches. He has many techniques to increase your cash flow and the quality of your tenants. I was extremely impressed.

going on Jeffrey Taylors Landlord cruise in Dec. I
have heard he is a great speaker, so I’m looking forward to that!!! I do have an excellent landlording course though, by Donald Beck. It’s called “Cruise Control Landlording” I think it was well worth
the investment.
