This is fun!
WE (my wife and I) just closed on a “flip” TODAY and walked away with $10,800.00!!!
To you experienced investors, this may seem like a mere pittance, but to me, this was GREAT! I now have 2 deals that have brought me approx $20k, inside of a month and a half.
DALLAS here we come.
I just got off the phone and made the reservations.
The operator said I was only number 64?
What is the deal here folks?
Get to work, and join us! I wanted to see alot of people in DALLAS.

I was so psyched reading your post. I am a newbie and have as of yet to do my first deal. I am reading everything I can get my hands onto. The one thing that worries me and my husband ( as he is the worry wart) is how do you flip that first deal when you have no money and while you have good credit, it is stretched to the limit? It would be really great to read a success story from you. You have really encouraged me. Again, Congrats!!

Jim, you did it! You brought back all my excitement from my first flip. Great news! Congrats!
Now, could you tell the newbies out there if the money you spent on education has paid off? How many times the cost of education did this deal pay? My first flip paid me 20 times the amount of money I spent on courses.

I’ve been “spying” on you all for a while now and I felt that it was time to say something. I’ve just started on this path, although I’ve been fixing up and selling my own homes for a while. I am flying to Dallas from Brisbane, Australia (Want to talk airfares!) and have been a bit worried about doing “the right thing”.
