An abondoned property is found.
The owner had leased it out. The tenants had trashed the place and dumped two cars that don’t look like cars anymore and the place looks a wreck.
The owners (a couple) have just been located. They still have a morgage. Comps in the same street range between $550-$750,000.
What do you do…what would you suggest I do ?
