Hi I’m new to RE investing and am looking for some advise re. a small strip center for sale in Ohio.
Details: Sale price $370,000. Annual income $37,500. 4 retail shops in the stip. All occupied except one that is offered for lease for $800 p/mth. Tenants pay all expenses (%prorated maintenance), taxes, Ins. etc.
I would really appreciate any advise as to whether this would be viable purchase or not, or what you think the fair market value of this type of property should be.
