What are the chances of getting your property rezoned from residential to commercial if you are in a neighborhood that borders businesses and are in a “city block” type atmosphere.
I have looked at the city planners website but couldn’t find any info on how to go about applying for this.
Does anyone have any advice on this? Has this worked for anyone else?
