If I may interject here. I’ve been on this site for two plus years. I was also one of the judges of the creative ideas contest.
JohnBoy is one of the most creative real estate investors we have on this site.
My credentials for saying that. easy, I’ve been investing in real estate creatively for over twenty years. Not sure why you’re after JohnBoy.

You left out some small details, not to mention your failure to respond with them. But it’s quite obvious you can’t deliver or explain anything more to back up what you preach. Since you refuse to comply, I don’t see any point to continue this farce.

I have nothing to add to this Nationwide bloodbath that is occurring.
I do have one question: Wouldn’t you have to compare a Charles Givens or Russ Whitney workshop to a Ron LeGrand or Carleton Sheets workshop?
I attended a Givens workshop and I heard the same assurances and testimonials about the $2,000 workshop being well worth it as I hearing in this forum
